Just did quite a lot of spring cleaning in the galleries. I've cleared out a lot of old stuff or things I didn't want up anymore. Other than that, there's nothing new to report just yet, but I should have a new update in the next few days.

It's been so long since I updated that I'd managed to forget to put up this new game I'd been working on with Koko Digital.
This is the first of a few new games, Snap Happy. This was done for the Currys Our Lives photo competition.
This is a pretty darn fun game, so go play Snap Happy now!

Yet more time without an update. I've got reason though; I'm doing more freelance work at Koko Digital and that's been keeping me rather busy for the last few weeks.
An a different note, I recently realised something. As of this month, I've been drawing White Shadow for 6 years. I'm not sure on the exact date (I'll have to check my sketchbooks at home) but I think the date may have been and gone. Still, it's quite a long time now.
Thinking about it, it's weird to see how my concept for the whole thing has changed and developed over the years. Felicia's design, her attitude, the reasons for her doing what she does; it's all changed for the better (I hope!) and developed. After all these years I'm actually getting somewhere with pulling the whole story together and adding many more characters into the mix.
I'd say that I'd draw something to celebrate, but the current set of WS - Sketch dumps in the scraps that I'm doing should do. They're all detailed and such as it is :)
Damn... after all this time, the story had better be damn good, eh? ;)

This is the finished game that I've been working on with Koko Digital for the Make A Wish Foundation! It's finally complete and online for all to play! Go play it and donate! NOW!
Right then, now for an explanation to all of this :)
At the Animation Degree Show being held at the end of the 3rd year, the guys from Koko Digital came to me and Rob saying that they liked our work and wanted to know if we'd be interested in a project they were doing. We were driven to their office and shown the work they do while they explained what they wanted.
The project was a Flash game for the Make A Wish Foundation, a charity that grants wishes to children and young people fighting life-threatening illnesses. As this was a charity project there would be no money involved, neither for us nor for Koko themselves. The whole purpose was to provide a viral game that would help promote the charity and get people donating.
It was for a worthy cause so we both jumped straight on it :)
Putting all of this together took a fair few months as all of us had other things to be working on as well, but once all the main details were layed out things started really coming together.
Rob storyboarded the intro sequence and created most of the Flash templates that I'd need to drop my animations in there. I designed and animated the sheep, Lamb Chop. The guys at Koko put the whole thing together and wrote all of the game code.
So this is what I've been busy with for the last few months :) It was fun working on this project and it's great knowing that it's going towards a good cause.
So... what are you waiting for? Go play it now! You can donate your score to the charity, donate any other amount that you wish, or just simply play for fun! Whatever you choose to do PLEASE pass it on and tell your friends about it :D

I'm not sure why it been happening, but for the last few weeks the site had been completely inaccessible. I'm guessing the host went down since I couldn't get onto their website. At any rate, it seems to have been sorted out now.
And there's some very good news: my computer is now fixed! You can check the deviantART journal to see what was the problem, but at least now I can get back to doing all the work and images that I still need to do.

This is just an update to let you all know that there may not be many updates for a while, other than one within a few days of this one. If not right after I've got stuff scanned up.
My computer has died this week, so doing some new artwork is gonna be a little difficult, or at least updating with anything new I do. Most of it would be sketches, and I have to use the equipment at the university to do anything. In that respect, it's just as well I'm still up here as I probably wouldn't be able to do things so easily from home.
So yeah, check out my recent deviantART journal for the full run down on my situation here. I'll try and get it all sorted out when I can so I can actually get back to all the work I really need to be doing.

Interesting update for today. The first is the first fanfiction I've ever received, based on my White Shadow universe. The second is a page from the Kaeman vs Tech comic I'm redoing. I've taken a section of it to see how much of an improvement I've made since I first made the original comic.

I recently come to realise how much time seems to be getting away from me these days. A lot of things have been creeping up on me lately and I'm losing track of what day it is. Probably due to all these late nights I'm having.
Got a load of artwork that needs doing, most of which being commissions and character designs, as well as an animated project I'm currently involved in. Then there's the gift arts and art trades I'm still yet to do.
Crazy thing is, I want to have almost all of this done by the end of September. Gonna be a long month... assuming I can keep track of it, that is ;)

Apologies for the lack of updates (to those of you that still visit), I've been fairly busy with many different projects and artworks. I'll post them when I'm able to or when they're complete of course.
Also, you'll have no doubt noticed the ads that are at the bottom of each page. Nothing I can do about that as I'm on a free service and they need the money. They're not that intrusive though so I'm glad for that and support it as it keeps the servers going.

Nearly a month since I last updated. Tsk tsk, that just won't do.
Well, what's new? For starters I've just finished a 3 year course of animation at Staffordshire University. I've just gotta wait for the graduation ceremony and then I've officially finished. Looks like I'll be getting a pretty good grade too! There was also the degree show where we showcased all of our work over the last year, so I'd been busy looking after that. I even jot a job offer for a project from it which is pretty sweet.
Artwise, I've got a lot on my plate. There's a list of art trades to get through, a gift art or two, the need to start taking commissions, character design work, as the odd picture I'm yet to finish (or start) for myself. Busy busy busy. I'll probably try and get some practice animation in there as well when I can. All in all, I think this explains my absence from the site over the last month since I've been preoccupied with various other things.
Anyway, on to the update!

It's been a long time. Well my semester has ended so I'm making final preparations for the degree show in a few weeks. I've also got an assessment tomorrow as well as plenty of other things I should be doing. You can catch up on all of that here.
I also went to my first real convention over the weekend. Man, that was fun! Met my friend from online, bought stuff, lost my bank card to a ticket machine and ate plenty of Pocky. It was great :D More details on that to be found at this link.
Well, not too much to update with unfortunately seeing as I've been so busy, but in the next few weeks there should be in influx of new art seeing as I've got a backlog of stuff that needs drawing/finishing :D

No new art today.
I was gonna draw an Easter pic this year, but simply put I can't think of anything good to draw. Oh I know; it should be easy to think of something, I mean, it's Easter! Bunnies, eggs, chicks and all that jazz. I just can't think of anything really worthwhile though. I was gonna draw Fran but that would probably result in fanservice which I just didn't want to do this time (leGasp! Me not drawing fanservice? It happens :p)
I'd try to do something now but the chances are that I wouldn't finish it until late tomorrow so I really can't be bothered. I'm also home for Easter with no photo editing software, so resizing and adjusting the scan would be a pain.
But enough excuses outta me. I hope you all enjoy your Easter and have a good time :)

Wow, a whole month since the last update. I'll try not to have that happen again.
Either way, there are a few new sketches and such done. Haven't really had much time to draw things for myself lately as my animation's keeping me busy and all. There's also a project I'm working on right now that I don't wanna say too much about at this stage. It's starting to really take shape though :)
On to the update.

A bit of a late update. Seems I've been a bit busy lately so updating wasn't high on my priority list at moment. But anyway, I hope you had a good Valentine's day and all that. I spent mine watching A Scanner Darkly at our animation film night. Interesting movie, although I must admit that a lot of it went right over my head. I'd still recommend you watch it at least once though :)
So, onto the update.

Happy New Year! Finally, the new layout is up and running and just in time to start the year off. I'll keep the updates as frequent as possible and keep you posted an whatever projects I may be working on and such either here or with a link to my deviantART journal.
So, what's new?

-The Animation section is now fully up and running and contains my Minor animated film project as well as some background and character design;
